Desert Shadows Middle School hosts rocket launch for physics unit
Seventh-graders from Desert Shadows Middle School participated in a school-wide rocket launch last week as part of their 7th-grade physics unit. The students engaged in research, development, testing, and refinement of their rockets leading up to the May 3 launch day. Each group aimed for a target launch distance of approximately 394 feet.
