Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, a vital hub in the state of Arizona, has been engaging with the public through its social media presence, highlighting events and providing important traveler information. Its social media activity on April 14-15, 2025, showcased a diverse range of topics from national observances to local logistics.

On April 14, 2025, the airport recognized National Look Up at the Sky Day. In a tweet, it emphasized the airport as an ideal venue for observing this day by showcasing "various airplane livery over the years that has been spotted at PHX." The airport invited followers to share their own photos of airplane liveries.

The subsequent day, April 15, 2025, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport informed travelers of a significant traffic advisory. "Westbound Loop 202 Red Mountain Freeway is closed near Sky Harbor Blvd due to a law enforcement situation." Travelers were advised to use alternative routes and stations for dropping off or picking up passengers and were reminded to account for extended travel times.

Further engaging with the arts community, the airport celebrated World Art Day on April 15, 2025. They invited the public to join an activity being held at Terminal 4, Supervisors offered the chance to "Paint a Rock to decorate our animal relief area." This event encouraged participation from passengers to contribute to the aesthetics of the airport.

In August 2022, Breeze Airways announced new services from Phoenix, and new leadership was introduced with Roxann Favors joining as Chief Revenue Officer and Jay DeWitt appointed as Chief Development Officer for the aviation department.
