Sprouts Farmers Market is set to expand its presence in Florida with a new store opening in East Boynton Beach on April 4. The store, located at 2222 N. Congress Ave., will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 6:45 a.m., followed by the official opening at 7 a.m.

The grand opening weekend, from April 4 to April 6, will feature various activities for attendees. A "pop-up party" outside the store will offer guests seasonal produce tastings and a "guess the weight" contest of an oversized piece of produce. The first 200 shoppers on Friday and Saturday will receive reusable goodie bags filled with products and samples, while the first 400 guests on Friday will be given a long stem rose from Falcon Farms Floral.

Inside the store, customers can sample new products from innovative brands. Throughout the weekend, there will be giveaways and music to enhance the shopping experience. Shoppers can also enjoy a 20% discount on their purchases by texting BOYN to 777-688 and scanning their app account barcode at checkout.

Sprouts emphasizes its commitment to local communities by collaborating with Florida farmers such as Alderman Farms and Always Fresh Farms to source local produce. Additionally, through Sprouts' Food Rescue program, groceries no longer fit for sale but still edible will be donated to Feeding South Florida.

The new Boynton Beach location will operate daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. More information about the opening and details on how to win a $500 gift card can be found at sprouts.com/eboyntonbeach.
