Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport recently shared updates on its activities and initiatives through a series of tweets. The airport, known for its Navigator Program and friendly atmosphere, highlighted various events and personnel contributions.

On January 27, 2025, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport announced the celebration of the 25th anniversary of its Navigator Program. The program's volunteers are recognized as a key component in creating a welcoming environment at what is termed "America's Friendliest Airport." "This year we are celebrating 25 years of our Navigator Program. Our Navigator Volunteers are the of #PHXSkyHarbor and one of the 90 reasons why people love PHX. From warm smiles to helpful guidance, they're a big part of what makes us America's Friendliest Airport."

On January 28, 2025, the airport promoted National Plan for Vacation Day by suggesting travelers book trips to London. They noted that American Airlines would resume nonstop flights from Phoenix to Heathrow Airport starting March 29. "Today is National Plan for Vacation Day and what better way to celebrate than by booking at trip to London. @AmericanAir's nonstop flights to @HeathrowAirport return March 29."

Later on January 28, Phoenix Sky Harbor acknowledged Sylvia M., an Admin Aide with the Aviation Department for over 15 years. Her role within the Technology Division is crucial in maintaining smooth operations at the airport. "Sylvia M. has been with the Aviation Department for 15 years, currently as an Admin Aide. She is the engine that keeps everything running smoothly in her role with the Technology Division."
