It was a significant year for Larry Fitzgerald in 2008. Not only did he play a pivotal role in leading the Cardinals to the Super Bowl, but it was also the year his first son, Devin, was born.

In a recent video project focused on Fitzgerald's impressive playoff performance that season, the team decided to involve Devin. Currently an emerging star at Brophy Prep after completing his junior season, Devin narrated and appeared in the video. "OK, to be fair, we didn't know when we first put the plan into action that Devin was born in 2008, but serendipity is what it is," said one of the creators.

The result is a piece they are proud of: the first episode of a new series titled "Cardinals Overtime." The series will generally feature current players and themes, providing insights into their lives off the field. Viewers are encouraged to stay tuned for future episodes.

Larry Fitzgerald's story was chosen to launch the series because it not only highlights one of his greatest moments but also connects with his son Devin. This connection adds an off-the-field perspective by including someone who wasn't present at the time but shares a bond with that memorable event.
