Darius Robinson, an NFL player, was on the verge of making his debut when he suffered a calf injury during practice on August 22. Since then, he has been waiting for his first game. Aside from ten snaps in a preseason match against the Saints, Robinson hasn't played since last season's Cotton Bowl with Missouri.

"It's hard to put into words," Robinson expressed about his eagerness to return to the field. "When it's time, I'll just put it on tape."

Robinson was activated from injured reserve on October 28 and recently practiced back-to-back for the first time since his injury. Coach Jonathan Gannon described Robinson's status as day-to-day but did not confirm if he would play Sunday in Seattle.

"I don't know man, I'm just excited for the meeting later (Wednesday) to watch the tape with my coaches and see where I can get better at," said Robinson.

After initially returning to practice only to be sidelined again, Robinson faced personal challenges with the passing of his mother. Despite these difficulties, he reported feeling "great" mentally.

"Been a lot of ups and downs," Robinson stated. "But I pray about it, I have great teammates that support me, everyone at the Cardinals. I'm in a good headspace."

Robinson assured there were no setbacks in his recovery and is not worried about rust once he returns to play. He has maintained fitness through running and lifting during rehab.

"I'm just glad to go to practice today," Robinson said. "You really cherish those moments more than ever when it gets taken away from you."
