Trey Benson's performance against the Bears marked a notable shift in his involvement with the team. In Week 9, he played 16 snaps, which was more than double his participation in the previous two games combined. Benson capitalized on this opportunity by scoring his first NFL touchdown and accumulating 37 rushing yards on eight carries, along with an 18-yard reception.

James Conner also had a productive game despite playing less than half of the offensive snaps. He gained 107 yards on 18 carries and made three receptions, achieving a touch on 75 percent of his plays. Emari Demercado contributed with a rush touchdown during the first half, while DeeJay Dallas saw limited action.

The right guard position continued to see rotation between Trystan Colon and Isaiah Adams. At tight end, Trey McBride played nearly every snap, supported by Tip Reiman and Elijah Higgins. Marvin Harrison Jr. led the wide receivers but saw a decrease in his snap percentage compared to previous weeks.

Defensively, no player participated in all 74 snaps due to the team's substantial lead. Cornerback Max Melton led with 72 snaps as he stepped into a starting role amidst Sean Murphy-Bunting's absence. Other key defensive players included Kyzir White, Starling Thomas V, Budda Baker, Jalen Thompson, and Garrett Williams.

Reserve secondary players like Rabbit Taylor-Demerson and Kei'Trel Clark received some playing time alongside special teams standout Joey Blount. Linebacker Mack Wilson Sr., Owen Pappoe, Krys Barnes, Zaven Collins, Xavier Thomas, Jess Luketa, Julian Okwara, and Victor Dimukeje also contributed defensively.

On the defensive line, Ben Stille led in snaps following his call-up from the practice squad.
