In 1975, the Cardinals' offensive line, consisting of Roger Finnie, Bob Young, Tom Banks, Conrad Dobler, and Dan Dierdorf, achieved a notable record by allowing only eight sacks in a 14-game season. Three of these players were selected for the Pro Bowl that year.

This historical achievement has been matched by the current Cardinals team, who have managed to go three consecutive games without conceding a sack. This feat was accomplished despite using reserve players on the right side of their line. Center Hjalte Froholdt credited quarterback Kyler Murray's ability to evade pressure as a key factor in this success. "You can't really talk about zero sacks without mentioning Kyler," Froholdt stated.

Additional contributions came from Emari Demercado with his blitz pickups and Murray's decision-making skills during plays. Offensive coordinator Drew Petzing emphasized the importance of strategic incompletions, saying, "Sometimes incompletions are the biggest plays of games."

The team is expecting reinforcements soon with the return of starting right tackle Jonah Williams to practice after an injury in the first game. While acknowledging that the streak will eventually end, Froholdt expressed confidence in their current performance: "I know there are a couple of plays that I know we need to clean up on protection and we are lucky to have the guy we have back there."
