Kyler Murray's historic performance on Sunday continues to garner recognition. The Arizona Cardinals quarterback was named the FedEx Air NFL Player of the Week for Week Two following a fan vote.

Despite not being named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week—an honor that went to Saints running back Alvin Kamara—Murray's achievements have not gone unnoticed. He completed 17 out of 21 passes for 266 yards and three touchdowns. This performance places him alongside Kurt Warner as the only other Cardinals quarterback to achieve a perfect 158.3 passer rating in a game. Additionally, he is the first quarterback since Ken Anderson in 1974 to record such a rating with at least 250 passing yards and 50 rushing yards.

Two of Murray's touchdowns were passes to rookie Marvin Harrison Jr., while the third was a notable pass that found Elijah Higgins in the end zone. Demonstrating his versatility, Murray also rushed for 59 yards on five carries.

As part of this award, FedEx and the Thurgood Marshall College Fund will donate $2,000 in Murray's name to Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

Earlier this week, Murray's jersey and game ball were sent to Canton to be displayed at the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
