Greater Phoenix Chamber announces new board members for FY 2024–2025

The Greater Phoenix Chamber has announced its new board members for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. Laura Lynn Smith, division vice president and general manager at ADP, Inc., will serve as the board chair, succeeding Scott Smith, managing partner of TowerHunter. Stacy Derstine, vice president of external affairs at APS, will serve as chair-elect.

The Executive Committee of the board includes:

- Board Chair: Laura Lynn Smith, ADP, Inc.

- Chair-Elect: Stacy Derstine, APS

- Legal Counsel: Ryan Curtis, Fennemore Craig

- Audit and Governance Committee Chair: Kris Newman, McCarthy Building Companies, Inc.

- Finance Committee Chair: Tim Wetzler, Enterprise Holdings

- Human Resources Chair: Shannon Butler, Aetna/CVS Health

- Investment Committee Chair: Francis McAllister, Freeport-McMoRan

- Nominating Committee Chair: Rob Taylor, SRP

- Public Affairs Committee Chair: Susan Anable, Cox Communications

- Strategic Direction Committee Chair: Michelle Walker, SSC Underground

- Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation Chair: Jay Kaprosy, Veridus

- Member at Large: Guy Berry, Redirect Health

- Member at Large: Ravi Gupta, Ernst & Young

Additional business leaders completing the board for fiscal year 2024-2025 include:
