Sprouts Farmers Market is set to open its new location in Poinciana, Florida, on Friday, April 11. The new store will be situated at 4730 Marigold Ave. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for Friday at 6:45 a.m., with the doors opening at 7 a.m.
The opening weekend will feature a series of events from April 11 to April 13. Activities include a “pop-up party” outside the store, offering guests the opportunity to sample seasonal produce, engage in a “guess the weight” contest with oversized produce, and more. These activities are designed for family participation and will continue throughout the weekend.
The first 200 shoppers on both Friday and Saturday will be given a reusable goodie bag stocked with products and samples. Additionally, the first 400 visitors on Friday will receive a complimentary long stem rose from Falcon Farms Floral. Inside the store, customers can try new products from innovative brands, while giveaways and music will enhance the weekend festivities.
Customers can enjoy a 20% discount on their purchases during the opening weekend by texting POGO to 777-688 and scanning their app account barcode at checkout, with a limit of one redemption per Sprouts account per day. The store’s app also provides access to a weekly ad and digital coupons, potentially saving shoppers over $100 on groceries each month. Furthermore, customers have the chance to win a $500 Sprouts gift card by signing up through the store’s page on Sprouts’ website until midnight on April 13.
Sprouts Farmers Market aims to serve local communities through partnerships with several Florida farmers, including Alderman Farms, Brooks Tropicals, Grimes Produce Company, H&A Farms, J&C Tropicals, and Noble Citrus. The Food Rescue program at this store will donate groceries that are no longer saleable but still nutritious to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. The food bank is a local organization that delivers food to soup kitchens, shelters, food pantries, and schools across Florida.
The new location will operate daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. For additional details or to register for the pre-opening gift card, visit sprouts.com/poinciana.
