Arizona Breathe Free Sinus and Allergy Centers provides sinus, allergy, and ENT services to the greater Scottsdale, Arizona, area. They offer simple and minimally invasive solutions to treat sinus issues.

According to a press release from Arizona Breathe Free, sinusitis is inflammation of the sinus cavities, and the associated symptoms can include facial pain, fever, cough, a reduced sense of smell, and fatigue. They note that sinus cavities are hollow spaces within the bones surrounding the nasal area, interconnected via small passages. The sinuses can remain healthy when these passages remain unobstructed. Sinus infections occur when viruses or bacteria induce inflammation in the sinus cavities, causing them to fill with fluid.

Board-certified otolaryngologist, Dr. John Stewart, is the provider at Arizona Breathe Free. According to his bio page, he earned his bachelor's degree in biology with Summa Cum Laude honors from Grand Canyon University. His medical degree is from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and he underwent residency training in Otorhinolaryngology/Facial and Surgery at the Freeman Hospital & Health System in Joplin, MO. Following his residency, Dr. Stewart pursued further specialization through a fellowship in Neurotology and Skull Base Surgery, mentored by Dr. Michael Paparella and Dr. Hamed Sajjadi.

Arizona Breathe Free is located at 9377 E. Bell Rd., Suite 131 in Scottsdale, Arizona, according to the company website. They offer minimally invasive treatment options for sinusitis, including balloon sinuplasty.

Balloon sinuplasty is a safe and minimally invasive procedure utilized by surgeons to address chronic sinusitis, according to Nuffield Health. During the process, doctors insert a guide wire equipped with a small balloon into the nostrils and navigate it to the area of blockage. The balloon is gently inflated enough to open the sinuses.

Arizona Breathe Free offers a Sinus Self-Assessment Quiz that sinusitis sufferers can take to find out if they might benefit from a quick and easy treatment.
