Of the 123 people living in Kaka CDP in 2019, 56.1 percent (69) were women and 43.9 percent (54) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the PHX Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 32-to-31. In the 65 and over age range, there were 16 females and 16 males.
