State Farm Stadium | Arizona Cardinals
The Arizona Cardinals are set to commence their offseason program this week, beginning with a focus on strength and conditioning. Teams in the NFL that did not undergo a head coaching change are allowed to begin their offseason activities starting this week. The Cardinals will kick things off on Tuesday with Phase One of their program.
Following this, Phase Two will commence in a couple of weeks. During this phase, players will practice on the field without helmets, with the offense and defense units training separately. Phase Three, which allows offense and defense players to practice together with helmets on, is scheduled to begin on May 28. While NFL teams are permitted up to ten Organized Team Activities (OTAs), Cardinals' coach, Jonathan Gannon, has planned only six OTAs prior to the concluding minicamp.
Offseason participation is not mandatory for players, with the exception of the mandatory minicamp which will take place from June 10 to June 12. The rookie minicamp has been slated to occur two weeks following the NFL Draft.
Below is a detailed schedule of the Cardinals' offseason program, which is set to conclude in mid-June:
April 22 will mark the beginning of the offseason strength and conditioning program.
On April 24, the Cardinals will host a Draft Party at the State Farm Stadium, coinciding with the commencement of the 2025 NFL Draft in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
The rookie minicamp is scheduled for May 9 to 11.
Voluntary Organized Team Activities involving both veterans and rookies are planned for May 28 to 30 and June 3 to 5.
The final minicamp, which is mandatory for both veterans and rookies, is set for June 10 to 12.
