Greg Dortch has committed to the Arizona Cardinals for another season by signing the restricted free agent tender that the team extended back in March. This one-year contract, valued at $3.3 million, is not guaranteed. His signing comes just as the Cardinals are set to begin their offseason program.

Before signing, Dortch had until Friday to potentially explore an offer sheet with another team. However, due to the tender, the Cardinals had the right to match any competing offer.

In the previous season, Dortch recorded 37 receptions, totaling 342 yards and three touchdowns over 17 games. Over the last three years, he has missed just two games, averaging 38 receptions and 363 yards per season.

The Cardinals are considering reinforcements at the wide receiver position through the draft, but it appears unlikely they will use a high-round pick for this purpose. The current depth chart includes Marvin Harrison Jr. and Michael Wilson as primary receivers, with Dortch and Zay Jones in the next tier. Additionally, the team has signed Quez Watkins, previously with the Philadelphia Eagles.
