He stated, "For too long, Big Pharma has gotten away with price gouging. I'm proud to back the Lower Drug Costs for Families Act, which will punish drug companies for raising prescription prices faster than inflation. No one should have to choose between life-saving medication and putting".
The following day, on March 29, 2025, Senator Gallego paid tribute to Vietnam veterans, stating, "Today, we honor the brave men and women who served in Vietnam. We owe them our deepest gratitude."
