The University of Phoenix is set to host its upcoming webinar, "Leading Through Change: Transforming Uncertainty into Growth & Opportunity," on March 20, 2025, at 11:00 am MST. This event is part of a series designed for educators, higher education leaders, employers, nonprofit organizations, government affiliates, and members of the University of Phoenix community.
"Learning how to lead through change is a skill that is crucial in the workplace," says Tondra Richardson, MBA, director at the University of Phoenix and co-host of the series. "This webinar aims to equip participants with the tools and insights needed to embrace change confidently and foster a resilient community."
Evelyn Burrell, Psy.D., will lead discussions on strategies for managing change effectively. The focus will be on navigating emotional, social, and professional challenges associated with leadership transitions while emphasizing curiosity, confidence, and empathy.
Burrell brings her expertise as a licensed clinical psychologist in Arizona. Her work includes training mental health professionals and fostering public discussions on mental health awareness. Recognized as one of Phoenix Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2022 for her contributions to psychology education and development.
The event will be hosted by Richardson alongside Saray Lopez, MBA. Both are directors at the University of Phoenix. The Bridging Perspectives Webinar Series seeks to promote cultural awareness and thought leadership.
