Phoenix Sky Harbor resolves power issues and advises on travel disruptions

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport recently provided updates on operational developments through a series of tweets. The updates cover the resolution of a power issue and upcoming travel advisories.

On March 7, 2025, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport announced via Twitter that "The power issue has been resolved."

Later the same day, the airport followed up with another tweet at 19:46 UTC stating, "The power issue has been resolved and streetlights near the west airport entrance have returned to normal function."

In addition to addressing the power issue, the airport advised travelers to "Watch for these weekend closures while making your way to the airport," as posted in a tweet on March 7, 2025, at 23:24 UTC.
