Ruben Gallego, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona's 3rd district since 2015, recently shared a series of tweets expressing his views on personal achievements and national issues. Born in Chicago in 1979, Gallego has been an active political figure, having previously served in the Arizona House of Representatives from 2012 to 2014. He is also a Harvard University graduate.
On February 17, 2025, Gallego tweeted about his personal journey and belief in the American Dream: "I’m proud of my roots, but I’m even prouder of how far I’ve come. I still believe in the American Dream because I’ve lived it."
The following day, February 18, he addressed agricultural concerns related to avian flu vaccinations for chickens: "I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: Until we start vaccinating chickens for avian flu, farmers will keep struggling, and families will keep paying more at the grocery store. Trump needs to act."
Later that same day, Gallego criticized former President Donald Trump's policies regarding veterans and tax breaks: "Trump is selling out our veterans just to give tax breaks to his billionaire friends. This is not America first, it’s America for sale."
