Ruben Gallego, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 3rd district, has been vocal on various issues through his social media platform. His recent posts reflect his concerns about housing for service members, opposition to certain political figures, and a surprising claim about Elon Musk.

On February 5, 2025, Gallego addressed the Secretary of Defense regarding housing issues faced by military personnel. He questioned "@SecDef what are you doing to make sure landlords aren’t price gouging our service members? It’s time for accountability."

The following day, February 6, 2025, he expressed his disapproval of Russell Vought's policies outlined in Project 2025. He stated that "We don’t have to imagine what Russell Vought would do. He already told us in Project 2025. We protested through the night to send a clear message: NO to Russell Vought. We cannot stand idle while he seeks to harm Arizona children and families."

Later that day, Gallego made an unexpected statement concerning Elon Musk's future role in politics by claiming "Elon Musk is becoming the president."
