Ryan Companies US, Inc. and Exalt Health have announced the opening of a new Exalt Health facility at One Scottsdale Medical in Arizona. The facility occupies approximately 50,000 square feet on the second floor of the building and is set to offer post-acute care rehabilitation services. This development brings around 200 jobs to the area.
Jeff Crawford, Chief Development Officer and Chief Operations Officer of Exalt Health, stated, “This new facility will enable us to extend our high-quality, patient-centered care to more individuals in need of rehabilitation services, helping them recover and regain their independence.” The facility will provide various therapies including physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.
Exalt Health is known for its unique treatment plans for individuals with physical and cognitive impairments. Their team is equipped to handle neurological, musculoskeletal, rheumatic, cardiovascular conditions among others. Services offered include joint replacement rehabilitation, arthritis care, pain management, stroke recovery, and wound care.
Jaime Northam from Ryan Companies remarked on the timely opening of Exalt Health's new location due to rising demand for post-acute care in the area. “Their thoughtfully designed facility...will benefit patients for years to come,” Northam said.
The One Scottsdale Medical building features unique design elements intended to enhance patient experience. It is located near three hospitals including HonorHealth Scottsdale Thompson Peak Medical Center. Nearby amenities include retail centers, restaurants, a hotel, and residential developments.
Chris Camacho from Greater Phoenix Economic Council commented on Exalt Health's contribution: “Exalt Health will add unique rehabilitation and treatment programming... serving as a complementary piece of the surrounding health corridor.”
One Scottsdale is a mixed-use development featuring commercial spaces, residential units, and hotel rooms. It was built by Ryan Companies with design by Ryan A+E, Inc., aiming to create thriving environments for people.
