Graduation season is approaching, and PVSchools is offering support to families through a virtual event aimed at assisting students with an Individualized Education Program (IEP) or 504 plan. The College and Career 101 night will provide insights into post-secondary pathways tailored to the specific needs of these students.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, February 20, from 6 to 7 p.m., and will be conducted via Google Meet. It aims to help families explore various opportunities available after high school graduation.
Throughout the year, the College and Career Department provides several resources for students and their families. These include informational nights that cover topics such as accessing student support throughout the year, college and career preparation timelines, Arizona Board of Regents requirements, ACT & SAT exams, Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), Project Benjamin's BENJI support tool, and current state university admissions information.
PVSchools encourages families to participate in this event as it could have a significant impact on their child's future educational journey. For further details about the College and Career 101 night or other resources offered by PVSchools, visit their College and Careers website.
