If anyone questions Jonah Williams' mental acuity, his ability to recall details from his last touchdown as a sixth-grade fullback is noteworthy. Before becoming a key player for the Cardinals, Williams was a first-round pick for the Bengals and had an impressive career at Alabama.

Williams recounted, "I remember the hole opened up, it was '30 trap,' the center found the linebacker and I hit it behind him." He added that his latest touchdown was more exciting than his childhood memory. Despite feeling unwell on Saturday night, Williams managed to score by recovering a fumble in the end zone during Sunday's game against the Patriots.

"It was a mad dash to try and get on it," he explained. Coach Jonathan Gannon praised Williams' effort: "How he impacts the double positive is chase the play... Just maxing out effort there."

Wide receiver Greg Dortch initially fumbled, but later redeemed himself with a 39-yard catch-and-run. The Cardinals benefited from two touchdowns this season due to forward-fumbles into the end zone.

Tight end Trey McBride remains without a receiving touchdown despite efforts to get him one. Coach Gannon stated that McBride's value isn't dependent on touchdowns. Quarterback Kyler Murray expressed high praise for McBride: "He's got all the intangibles... There's nothing that he doesn't or can't do."

Linebacker Baron Browning and rookie Darius Robinson each recorded their first sacks for the Cardinals. The State Farm Stadium roof has been open four times this season.

The Cardinals are reportedly discussing an extension with safety Budda Baker while enjoying another strong season from him. They achieved five plays of at least 20 yards against New England and excelled in third-down efficiency.

Patriots quarterback Drake Maye was limited to 14 rushing yards, while Kyler Murray also had minimal ground gain. Former Patriots kicker Chad Ryland successfully made three field goals against his old team.

The Cardinals improved their red-zone performance with three touchdowns out of four attempts, surpassing previous games' results. Reflecting on their victory, Murray concluded: "I think offensively we could be better, but (it) definitely feels good to come out with a win."
