The College and Career department is set to offer in-person FAFSA Senior Support Nights starting next month. These district-wide events aim to assist senior students and their families with the completion of their 2025 FAFSA forms.

The initial event is scheduled for Monday, December 9, 2024, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Shadow Mountain High School's media center/library, located at 2902 E. Shea Blvd. Registration is mandatory for participation in this event, which can be done through the "Senior FAFSA Night Sign-Up."

Participants are required to create their FSA IDs before attending the FAFSA Night. It is necessary for both parents and students to have separate FSA IDs with different phone numbers and emails. Instructions on creating an FSA ID can be found on the College and Career Services page.

Parents are advised to bring their 2023 tax documents along with a laptop for use during the session.

Following the initial event, additional Senior Support FAFSA Nights will be held at various high schools:

- Paradise Valley High School on Monday, January 13, 2025, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

- North Canyon High School on Monday, February 24, 2025, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

- Horizon High School on Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

- Pinnacle High School on Monday, April 14, 2025, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
