Marvin Harrison Jr. is set to play in the upcoming game against the Chargers after successfully clearing concussion protocol, as confirmed by Arizona Cardinals coach Jonathan Gannon on Saturday morning. The rookie wide receiver had been practicing with limitations on Thursday but participated fully on Friday.

"He does everything he needs to do," Gannon stated. "He takes care of himself and maximizes his buckets. He's a true pro. He had a good week."

Harrison sustained a head injury during last weekend's game in Green Bay, leaving the field without making any catches. His first target from quarterback Kyler Murray resulted in an incomplete pass due to miscommunication. Addressing this issue, Murray assured, "It's getting fixed," adding, "It's gotten fixed."

Despite the setback, Harrison has recorded four touchdowns this season with 17 receptions totaling 279 yards.

In related news, linebacker Krys Barnes was not fined for an unnecessary roughness penalty incurred last week against Packers quarterback Jordan Love. However, safety Joey Blount received a $5,472 fine for a facemask violation, and running back DeeJay Dallas was fined $11,102 for a horsecollar tackle. Additionally, Packers' Jaire Alexander was fined $11,255 for a facemask incident.

The Arizona Cardinals are preparing for their Week 7 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers at their Dignity Health Training Facility.
