Banner Health has inaugurated its first home medical equipment clinic in Wyoming. The facility, named Banner Home Medical Equipment (HME), is staffed with a licensed respiratory therapist, delivery technician, patient service representative, and operations manager. It offers medical equipment for delivery to patient homes or care facilities.

The clinic, situated on C Street and Yellowstone Highway in Casper, will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house on Wednesday, Sept. 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The public is invited to explore the new options for home medical equipment available locally, including portable home oxygen, durable medical equipment, and therapeutic devices. Banner HME collaborates with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, sleep labs, and provider offices to ensure the appropriate equipment is accessible.

As a community health partner, Banner HME emphasizes treating patients efficiently and safely. The clinic's high-quality products aim to promote healing while ensuring patient safety and comfort and reducing the risk of rehospitalization. In addition to delivery services, Banner HME provides in-home setup and education to help patients and their families operate their new devices comfortably.

Banner HME accepts Medicare and Medicaid along with various commercial insurance plans. For more information or inquiries about services offered at 1255 E. C St., individuals can call (307) 577-2023 or visit bannerhealth.com.
