The Greater Phoenix Chamber is now accepting nominations for its 2024 ATHENA Awards program, which recognizes and celebrates the achievements of businesswomen across the Greater Phoenix region. Nominations are open until Friday, June 21, 2024, and can be submitted through the Chamber’s website at: www.phoenixchamber.com/athenanominations.
The ATHENA Award, an internationally prized honor, recognizes women who demonstrate excellence in professional leadership, community service, and mentorship of future leaders. Each year, the Greater Phoenix Chamber’s ATHENA Awards highlight three local women at the top of their field who demonstrate inspiring leadership within their industry, mentor others throughout their careers, and give back to their community.
The Greater Phoenix Chamber proudly hosts one of the most established and highly regarded ATHENA Awards programs in the country. Over the past 36 years, 68 accomplished Valley businesswomen have earned the title of ATHENA.
The ATHENA Awards recipients will be announced at the Greater Phoenix Chamber’s 37th Annual ATHENA Awards on October 24, 2024, at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge.
“The Greater Phoenix Chamber has been a leader in recognizing the outstanding accomplishments of women and their impact on the Greater Phoenix community,” said Todd Sanders, president and CEO of the Greater Phoenix Chamber. “We take pride in acknowledging the remarkable achievements and impact of local women and are proud to present the ATHENA Awards to shed light on these inspiring leaders.
