On Tuesday, February 27, former Evit - Mesquite High School standout Cynthia Frausto’s current college team, the Phoenix Bears, won 8-0 in their NJCAA game against the Chandler-Gilbert Coyotes.

The game took place in Phoenix, Arizona. This was their second matchup against the Chandler-Gilbert Coyotes this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 2 at 12 p.m. in Tucson, Arizona against Pima Aztecs.
