On Saturday, December 30, former West-Mec - Shadow Mountain High School standout, Jovan Blacksher Jr.’s current college team, the Grand Canyon Antelopes, won 73-70 in their NCAA D1 game against the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs.

The game took place in Phoenix, Arizona. This was the first matchup against the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs this season.

The Grand Canyon Antelopes’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, January 4 at 6:30 p.m. in Cedar City, Utah.
