Former Arizona Governor Doug Ducey is stepping up to support West Virginia Governor Jim Justice's campaign for the U.S. Senate. Ducey is hosting a fundraising dinner event on Tuesday, October 10th at the Capital Grille in Phoenix. The dinner aims to gather support and financial contributions for Justice's campaign. Guests have the option to reserve a seat with a contribution of $3300 per person, or make a contribution of any size even if they are unable to attend the event.

Jim Justice announced his campaign for the U.S. Senate in April of 2023 and has garnered support from various conservative organizations and Republican legislators. He presents a strong chance for Republicans to gain a conservative representative in West Virginia. Justice has shown over 50% support in surveys against current Senator Joe Manchin, the Democratic incumbent, making him a formidable contender. With early investments in Justice's campaign, Ducey believes it is the best opportunity to secure a Republican Senate majority.

Jim Justice has a successful background as a business leader and has been instrumental in bringing business investments to West Virginia. Since taking office, he has attracted over $6.2 billion in business investments, putting the state on a path to success. Justice's roots in West Virginia run deep, having grown up in the state and building a thriving family farming business. Initially elected as a Democrat in 2016, he switched his party affiliation in 2017 to support Donald Trump's Presidential campaign. He was reelected as a Republican in 2020 and currently serves as the Governor of West Virginia until January 2025.
