We're proud to announce we've joined the 30 x 30 initiative by pledging to increase the number of women recruits at #PHXPD to 30% by 2030!
Women currently make up just over 14% of the #PHXPD sworn staff, which is 2% above the national average. We are joining hundreds of departments across America who believe this percentage can, and should be higher.
