Description:

The Greater Phoenix Chamber invites you to attend our quarterly Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Employer Forum on October 27th.

Creating lasting and powerful change in the workplace requires allyship and those who are willing to roll up their sleeves and act. For organizations looking to further their commitment to DEI, we must learn to move from being allies to being co-conspirators. So, what’s the difference between being an ally and a co-conspirator?

Speakers:
LaShandra Sartor, GPC DEI Professional Committee Member
Amy Sena, Director of Administrative Services, State Farm

Discover how to leverage co-conspiratorship to drive systemic change through actions. Following the presentation, attendees will have an opportunity to hear from DEI committee members, ask live questions, share challenges, and connect with fellow local business organizations to learn more about inclusive workplace strategies.

The Chamber is here to help you on your journey and connect you with both like-minded employers and diversity experts.  Prioritizing diversity, equity and inclusion within your organization can help attract and retain top talent. Learn more about the necessary steps to get started, regardless of your company size or budget.
