City of Phoenix issued the following announcement on July 19.
In late 2020, Phoenix Mayor and Council voted to dedicate ceremonial street signs to honor the passionate humanitarian work of Dr. Louisa Stark.
Her efforts have also contributed to the cultural expansion and enrichment of Phoenix, as well as the historic preservation of its buildings.
