Cost of college was unchanged for all students at GateWay Community College-Central City

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at GateWay Community College-Central City, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Arizona students paid $9,221 to attend the public school in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 52 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 68 students received grants or scholarships totaling $297,904 and 22 students took out student loans totaling more than $66,931.

Including all undergraduates (631), 174 students used grants or scholarships totaling $685,564, and 71 students took out $258,152 in federal student loans.
