Phoenix (unincorporated) home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Phoenix (unincorporated) fell by $11,563 while total sales decreased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 95 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 3.8% decrease over the $306,563 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 100 homes sold in Phoenix (unincorporated) in May 2016.

The median sales tax in Phoenix (unincorporated) for 2017 was $2,815. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,551. This marks an increase of 10.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
