Cave Creek (unincorporated) home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Cave Creek (unincorporated) rose by $90,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $553,500 - a 19.6% increase over the $462,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Cave Creek (unincorporated) in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Cave Creek (unincorporated) for 2017 was $1,850. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,834. This marks an increase of 0.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.3%.
