The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Phoenix (unincorporated) rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 11.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 6.9% increase over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Phoenix (unincorporated) in February 2017.
