Phoenix home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Phoenix rose by $23,000 while total sales decreased by 15.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 2,733 homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,000 - a 10.9% increase over the $211,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 3,242 homes sold in Phoenix in May 2017.
