Law Library offers free legal workshops online throughout April in Maricopa County

Raymond L Billotte Branch Administrator | The Judicial Branch of Arizona

The Law Library Resource Center, which is part of the Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County, will be offering a series of online workshops throughout April. These sessions aim to provide the public with essential information on various legal topics.

Among the topics covered will be protective orders, establishing paternity and legal decision-making, sealing criminal records, changes in child support, and processes of divorce and legal separation in Maricopa County.

Participation in the workshops is free of charge, but interested individuals need to register in advance through the Law Library events calendar: https://superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/workshops/.

Scheduled workshops include "Changing/Modifying Child Support" on April 9 at 12 p.m. and "The Divorce and Legal Separation Process" on April 10 at 3 p.m. Subsequent sessions will address "Establishing Paternity and Legal Decision-Making" on April 16 at 12 p.m. and "The Sealing of Criminal Case Records" on April 18 at 3 p.m. Protective orders will be discussed on April 22 at 3 p.m., with another session on "The Divorce and Legal Separation Process" set for April 23 at 12 p.m. An additional workshop, "El trámite de divorcio en Arizona," will be held on April 29 at 12 p.m.
