When healthy, the Arizona Cardinals have little concern about the performance of their tackle positions in the 2025 NFL season. Paris Johnson Jr. and Jonah Williams are expected to lead at left and right tackle, respectively. However, both ended last season with knee injuries. The details surrounding their injuries were unclear, as the team withheld specifics, but initial reports seemed serious.

Monti Ossenfort, the Cardinals' general manager, expressed confidence in their recovery at the recent NFL owners meetings. Ossenfort stated, "Paris and Jonah are both going through a good offseason. We will see in the spring (how much they do), but we don't have any concerns. We are ready to roll with both those guys."

Johnson was a reliable player until his injury, missing only the final three games last season. Williams, who sustained his second major knee injury of the year, played just six games last season. His previous durability, with only two missed games over three seasons, did not continue during his first year in Arizona.

The Cardinals, focusing on strengthening their offensive line, might prioritize guard positions over tackle in the draft. They have retained Kelvin Beachum and drafted Christian Jones last season. Even so, the Johnson-Williams pairing is still viewed as the primary plan, provided their health remains stable.
