In his first press conference after being drafted, Tip Reiman expressed his fondness for nature. During the season, he spent his off days in the Arizona mountains reflecting on his rookie year. "I try to have a pretty zoomed out view all the time," said Reiman, emphasizing the importance of maintaining perspective.

The Cardinals selected 12 players in April, with nine seeing significant playtime. Elijah Jones spent the season on Injured Reserve, while Tejhaun Palmer and Jaden Davis remained on the practice squad. Reiman understood his role from general manager Monti Ossenfort's call and played 41% of offensive snaps. "With how I work, I expect to earn a role," he noted.

Each rookie had a unique journey. Marvin Harrison Jr.'s performance showed promise. Coach Jonathan Gannon remarked, "He was a premier player for us." Darius Robinson faced personal challenges and injuries but returned by Week 13. Max Melton's playing time increased over the season, and other rookies like Trey Benson and Xavier Thomas also contributed when needed.

As they head into the offseason, Gannon hopes they remain motivated. "It's hard," he stated. "But they can do it."

Isaiah Adams transitioned from tackle to guard during the season, starting in the last five games. Reflecting on this experience, Adams said, "Every week is a welcome to the NFL moment."

The Cardinals had one of the youngest rosters in the league with an average age of 26.51 years and many players in their early careers. Adams acknowledged their progress: "We're making plays... it's a testament to all those guys."

Reiman plans to continue exploring Arizona during this break as he reflects on his first NFL year: "Through perseverance... you gain character traits that are very influential."
