Greg Dortch expressed enjoyment in playing with the current Arizona Cardinals team, highlighting his two touchdowns against the 49ers. Despite this, he acknowledged that the team would undergo significant changes for the next season. "This season," Dortch stated, "is over."

Head Coach Jonathan Gannon echoed this sentiment, noting that preparations for the new season begin immediately. The Cardinals hold the 16th pick in the upcoming draft.

The game against the 49ers featured notable incidents. Cornerback Starling Thomas V and wide receiver Jajuan Jennings engaged in a scuffle resulting in personal foul penalties. Subsequently, Jennings and cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting were ejected following another altercation. Safety Budda Baker noted it was anticipated.

Jennings was short of reaching a personal milestone of 1,000 receiving yards for the season before his ejection. He expressed disappointment: "It hurts a lot."

Starling Thomas commented on defending against aggressive play from Jennings: "We're no pushovers here." He added that it motivated their performance for the rest of the game.

Kicker Chad Ryland concluded his season with 110 points after stepping in for Matt Prater. DeeJay Dallas showcased versatility on special teams with a key fake punt run.

Rookie Marvin Harrison Jr.'s performance continued to impress with back-to-back games exceeding 50 receiving yards and tying franchise records for touchdown receptions as a rookie.

Quarterback Kyler Murray achieved at least 20 touchdown passes for the fourth time, matching Neil Lomax's franchise record.

Joshua Dobbs returned to Arizona, achieving a career-best passing yardage despite a loss. Zaven Collins' strip-sack contributed to his financial incentive gains.

Off-field highlights included Devin Fitzgerald being named Arizona's representative for Nike's "The Next Ones" program and Larry Fitzgerald attending the game alongside owner Michael Bidwill.

Kyler Murray intends to resume workouts shortly after a brief break: "I don't ever want to get too far away from the game."

With another season concluded, attention now shifts to offseason activities and preparations.
