The Greater Phoenix Chamber has announced its new board members for the 2023-2024 fiscal year. Scott Smith, managing partner of TowerHunter, will serve as the board chair, taking over from Erin Mettille of Slalom Consulting. Laura Lynn Smith from ADP, Inc. is named chair-elect.

The Executive Committee includes several key officers: Ryan Curtis from Fennemore Craig as Legal Counsel; Kris Newman of McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. as Audit and Governance Committee Chair; Tim Wetzler from Enterprise Holdings as Finance Committee Chair; Rob Taylor of SRP as Nominating Committee Chair; Susan Anable from Cox Communications as Public Affairs Committee Chair; Mike Groeger of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona as Retention Committee Chair; Stacy Derstine from APS as GPCF Chair; and Shannon Butler of CVS Health serving as Member at Large.

The Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation's board for fiscal year 2024 includes Stacy Derstine (APS) as Board Chair and Laura Lynn Smith (ADP), among others.

The new appointees will begin their roles on July 1, 2023.

"Representing 2,400 businesses across the Greater Phoenix region," the Chamber "promotes regional prosperity by serving as a catalyst for economic vitality and strong communities."
