PVSchools has announced an upcoming public meeting of the Band / Strings Committee, scheduled for October 7, 2024. The meeting will take place virtually from 3:45 to 5:15 P.M., and members of the general public are invited to attend.

The announcement is made in accordance with A.R.S. §15-721 and pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, which ensures that the public is informed about meetings held by educational committees. It is important to note that while the public can attend these meetings, they do not have the right to participate in discussions as per open meeting law.

For those interested in reviewing detailed agenda information prior to the meeting, it will be available at least 24 hours in advance at the District Administrative Center located at 15002 North 32nd Street, Phoenix, and on the district's website.
