Created in 2021 and held annually in Nashville, the gathering is one of several player-driven events designed to foster skill development among NFL players.

The tight end position has seen a resurgence recently with notable players like Sam LaPorta in Detroit, T.J. Hockenson in Minnesota, Jake Ferguson in Dallas, Mark Andrews in Baltimore, Evan Engram in Jacksonville, and David Njoku in Cleveland making significant impacts on their respective teams. McBride’s invitation to this exclusive event underscores his growing reputation within the league.

George Kittle has previously praised McBride and reiterated his positive assessment during the Nashville event. "McBride will only continue to improve," Kittle remarked.

McBride's performance this season will be closely watched. Last year, he recorded 81 catches for 825 yards.
