There were 352 African American students enrolled in Osborn Elementary District schools in the 2022-23 school year, 8.8% less than the previous year, according to the Arizona Department of Education.

Data showed that Osborn Elementary District welcomed 2,520 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, African American students comprised 14% of the student body to be the second most represented ethnicity in the district.
