There were 126 African American students enrolled in Wilson Elementary District schools in the 2022-23 school year, 15.6% more than the previous year, according to the Arizona Department of Education.

Data showed that Wilson Elementary District welcomed 1,077 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, African American students comprised 11.7% of the student body to be the second most represented ethnicity in the district.

Wilson Elementary District roughly covers schools within Maricopa County and has a main office in Phoenix.

Among the two schools in Wilson Elementary District, Wilson Primary School recorded the highest enrollment of African American students in the 2022-23 school year, with a total of 70 students.
