How many students were enrolled in Osborn Elementary District schools in 2022-23 school year?

There were 2,520 students enrolled in Osborn Elementary District schools in the 2022-23 school year, 4.2% less than the 2,631 in the previous year, according to the Arizona Department of Education.

Out of the total students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 50.7% of them were boys, and 49.3% were girls.

Data also showed that most of the students were Latino, representing 62.5% of the Osborn Elementary District total enrollment.

Osborn Elementary District roughly covers schools within Maricopa County and has a main office in Phoenix.

Among the six schools in Osborn Elementary District, Encanto School recorded the highest enrollment of 664 students in the 2022-23 school year.

WalletHub claimed Arizona’s school system ranked among the worst across U.S. for class size, performance, funding, safety, and instructors’ credentials.

A 2023 study from Scholaroo.com ranked Arizona last out of all U.S. states in terms of educational success, giving the state poor marks for school quality, student success, and teacher-to-student ratio.
