Of the 160 people living in Arlington CDP in 2019, 47.5 percent (76) were women and 52.5 percent (84) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the PHX Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 59-to-42. In the 65 and over age range, there were 23 females and 25 males.
