Laveen (unincorporated) home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Laveen (unincorporated) rose by $38,500 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $337,500 - a 12.9% increase over the $299,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Laveen (unincorporated) in the second half of 2016.
